Life’s changes and challenges can affect us mentally, emotionally, and physically—often in ways we don’t fully expect. You’ll play many roles throughout your life. At the centre of all of them is you, and your ability to stay grounded, energised, regulated, and clear in who you are.

My approach
I combine therapeutic and coaching methods to support both reflection and forward momentum.
We’ll explore the past to understand what’s shaped your self-belief, identity, and internal patterns. Together we set meaningful intentions and goals and begin to resource you, to overcome barriers, and move yourself forward.
In therapeutic terms, this is rooted in a psychodynamic approach. In coaching terms, it’s focused, purposeful and exciting.
Sessions may include:
- Talking-based therapeutic coaching
- Narrative exploration
- Body-based awareness (such as breathing or grounding exercises)
- Values and goal alignment
- Confidence, leadership, and identity development
My background
- Over 1,000 hours of 1:1 coaching with adults and young people
- Qualified Life, Business and Executive Coach
- Trained therapist and psychodynamic counsellor
- 20+ years as a senior leader in business, the arts, education, and the non-profit sector
- Programme designer in leadership, identity, confidence and empty nest transitions
- Mental health first aider and trained facilitator
- Advanced DBS certification for working with young people and vulnerable adults

I offer a safe, supportive, and professional space—whether you’re working through transition, growth, or emotional difficulty.
My style is gentle, compassionate, and direct. I’ll hold space for you to explore freely and guide you as you reconnect with your power and purpose.
